Pius Leung is General Manager/Executive vice president of The Americas. He previously held the position of vice president of education where he oversaw both internal and external training programs, curriculum and the company's University program. In 2005, Leung served as the 39th president of the CCIM Institute and the first ever president born outside the U.S. He is a faculty member of the CCIM Institute, NAR CIPS Network, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Realtors Land Institute. He is currently a visiting professor of at the School of International Trade and Economics at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He has trained real estate professionals around the world in countries such as the the Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Mexico, Korea, Japan and China.
Melissa Securda Director of Market Research ARGUS Software
Melissa Securda is Director of market research for ARGUS Software. In this capacity, she is involved with global research focused on analyzing commercial real estate in the marketplace, as well as developing strategies for the core business and products. Prior to joining Realm, Melissa was head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Research team where she was responsible for statistical analysis and reporting for the Atlanta market. She was also responsible for assisting the brokers and other corporate professionals with market data that facilitated prudent transactions for the company. Before that, she was a senior information manager for CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta. Melissa began her career in commercial real estate at Lavista Associates in marketing and leasing. Melissa received a Bachelors degree in International Business from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate salesperson. She is an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the NCREIF Research Committee. Her travels have taken her throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Japan and Singapore, where she has been involved in research designed to benefit the real estate industry and her firm to produce effective results on behalf of global users.
Barry Tuman
General manager/executive vice president of UK/Europe

Barry Tuman is general manager/executive vice president of ARGUS Software's UK/Europe division. He founded TREE Software and Consulting Inc. (treeSoft), and in 2002, he led the company into the development of a new generation of real estate oriented software products which were delivered in 2005. TreeSoft was acquired by ARGUS Software. These products leveraged his years of experience in the real estate financial analytics, technology and consulting environments. Tuman has been involved in commercial real estate and related technologies since 1979 and was involved in the establishment of a standardized methodology for the analysis of institutional grade investment property. Prior to starting treeSoft from 1985-1986 he was a Senior Vice President at Dyna Software, currently a Realm company. Prior to that, he was regional manager at the real estate services division of ADP.
